  • We assist you with all the decisions you have to make immediately after your property loss. We protect your financial interests and point out how your decisions affect your coverage.
  • We help homeowners temporarily relocate to a comfortable location during the settlement and reconstruction process; we help businesses relocate and continue servicing their client base to retain customers and income.
  • We analyze your policy to extract any extra coverage’s to which you are entitled.
  • We conduct inventory, research and assist in pricing destroyed contents.
  • We document all property damages in a format the policy requires.
  • We monitor insurance vendors, since their fees are paid from your policy’s limits.

United States Adjusters is prepared to have a storm team in place anywhere there is a need for public adjusters within 1 week of a Catastrophe. We will work with you to assure you receive the quickest and most equitable insurance settlement possible.
Once on site, our team of adjusters can assist with finding you temporary living arrangements if need be; finding you a board up company or contractor that can make the necessary temporary repairs to you home.

USA’s CAT Team is generally organized as follows depending upon whether or not we feel our services are needed in that particular area.

USA’s CAT Team is generally organized as follows:

  • On-site office if required with clerical staff and computer operations
  • Adjusters arrive and are in-place within 1 week
  • USA assigns adjusters to meet you and inspect your claim, write a detailed estimate by representing you against the insurance company adjuster who has their interest in mind, not yours.
  • As losses are received, they are assigned to a USA CAT Team member. That member will make contact within 24 hours.
  • Estimate are completed and forwarded to the insurance company to be considered for payment on the uncontested damage amount.
  • If your USA CAT TEAM adjuster is unable to reach a settlement do to a bad faith issue or unwillingness to settle the claim in a timely manner then attorneys will be able to assist further.
